Makes 2/3 Cup

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 Tb Tree Island plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 Tb mayonnaise

  • 1 Tb extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 clove garlic, pressed

  • 1-1/2 Tb minced parsley

  • 1-1/2 Tb minced chives

  • 1/ tsp dried tarragon

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1/8 tsp salt

METHOD

In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to combine. Store dressing in a small glass jar in the fridge. Dressing lasts up to 5 days.This dressing can be used as a salad dressing for any green salad, as a dip for crudité or wings, or as a condiment for grilled chicken burgers.You can visit Tree Island’s website here: treeislandyogurt.com/
