Garlic-Herb Yogurt Salad Dressing and Dip
Makes 2/3 Cup
INGREDIENTS
6 Tb Tree Island plain Greek yogurt
1 Tb mayonnaise
1 Tb extra virgin olive oil
1/2 clove garlic, pressed
1-1/2 Tb minced parsley
1-1/2 Tb minced chives
1/ tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
METHOD
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to combine. Store dressing in a small glass jar in the fridge.
