Keto Crunch Salad Topper

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • ¼ cup pecans

  • ¼ cup walnuts

  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp herbs de provence

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a small skillet over low heat. Add spice and herbs, cook for 10 seconds then add in the nuts and seeds.

  2. Cook, stirring for about 2-3 minutes until toasted.

  3. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or up to 1 week.
