Keto Crunch Salad Topper
Ingredients:
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup pecans
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup sliced almonds
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp herbs de provence
Directions:
Heat oil in a small skillet over low heat. Add spice and herbs, cook for 10 seconds then add in the nuts and seeds.
Cook, stirring for about 2-3 minutes until toasted.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature or up to 1 week.
