Grilled Fruit Kebabs

4 one inch sliced fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1″ cubes

4 apples, cored and cut into 1′ pieces

4 peaches, pitted and cut into 1″ pieces

2 bananas, peeled and cut into 1 ” pieces

16 strawberries, hulled and washed


3/4 cup liquid honey

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/2 cup orange juice

2 tbsps chopped fresh mint


Combine all marinade ingredients together and add fruit tossing gently to coat. Heat grill to medium. Thread fruit onto skewers and grill 1-2 minutes per side or until fruit is glazed and warmed through. Brush with sauce while grilling. Serve alone or as a different and delicious accompaniment to grilled chicken.
