1-1/2 Lbs ground turkey meat

Zest from one lemon

1 small red onion, finely minced

3 cloves Garlic, finely minced

1/2 cup Cori’s Tzatziki

½ cup ricotta cheese

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

1 tbsps minced fresh basil

1 tbsp minced fresh mint

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste


Gently combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add turkey and mix with your hands until thoroughly combined. Form into 1-1/4 to 1–1/2 inch balls and lay on a flat baking tray.

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. In batches so as not to overcrowd the pan, brown meatballs on all sides for about 2-3 minutes, then lower heat to medium low and continue cooking until meatballs are cooked through – about 5-7 minutes more. Transfer to a warmed platter and serve.
