The company was originally started by Barbara Cheng who after 20 years in the industry, decided to branch out and start her own company. One of the major things we do at Westpoint is that we package everything by hand. There are three major reasons why this is important to us. Packaging by hand creates more jobs locally. We have protected our ingredients from cross contamination from allergens. Using less machinery has allowed us to cut down on our carbon footprint.
