Ingredients:
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pecans
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp herbs de provence
Directions:
- Heat oil in a small skillet over low heat. Add spice and herbs, cook for 10 seconds then add in the nuts and seeds.
- Cook, stirring for about 2-3 minutes until toasted.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or up to 1 week.
