Position Overview:  As part of our “Knead” bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we always deliver the highest standards of products while providing the most superb customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake items in time for store opening
• Proof, bake, and finishing of bread
• Monitor baking progress and adjust controls if needed
• Prepares a variety of bakery products in accordance with Stong’s recipes and high standards in order to produce a superior quality product that satisfies customers’ expectations
• Upholds and complies with company procedures, standards and policies in all situations
• Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Prioritizes tasks
• Multitasks efficiently and effectively
• Maintains cleanliness of work area

Desired Skills:

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of ovens and proofers
• Friendly disposition

• Willing to work early mornings, daytime, weekends, and holidays
