On-The-go Lunch wrap
In a time crunch? These wraps make a perfect on-the-go lunch for the whole family. You can swap the bell pepper, cabbage, and chicken with any veggie and meat of choice! You can also swap the creamy guacamole with hummus or another tasty spread of choice!
- 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- 1/4 Cup of Guacamole
- 4 Ounces of Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Cut Into Strips
- 1 Cup of Purple Cabbage Shredded
- Spread guacamole evenly over whole grain tortilla.
- Layer with chicken, bell pepper, and cabbage. Roll up lightly.
