First Time Placing An Order Online?

Follow our step by step guide to placing an order for delivery or pickup.

Regarding Online Pickup & Delivery Orders

Due to many of our customers practicing social distancing, this has caused a big influx in the use of our grocery delivery service. Unfortunately, this has lead to many delivery times being booked quite quickly.

Delivery Dates & Times

Delivery slots typically open just after 7 a.m. but that is subject to change without notice. For the best results, have your order ready to go in your online cart and proceed to the checkout to see what dates and times are available in your area.

If you are not seeing a delivery date available for your area during the checkout, this means all the dates have been booked and you will need to check back the following day.

New Schedule & AREAS

Please note we have also updated our delivery areas and windows to allow us to better process orders.

Pickup

North Vancouver: Pick Up Orders are can be collected at the Café entrance (west side of the building) between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. daily.

Dunbar location: Pick Up Orders can be collected at the Dunbar Street Level Café entrance between 12 noon and 2 p.m. daily.

Stock Levels

We continue to work hard on improving our in-stock conditions as many of our suppliers deal with the challenges of the unprecedented volume over the past few weeks.

Unfortunately, our online system is not setup to process orders from a warehouse and is subject to the same in-stock condition of our stores at the time the order is shopped. We cannot guarantee every product that was available when the order is placed is going to be available when the order is shopped.

The 3 categories that continue to be in highest demand both online and in-store are: Paper Products, Cleaning Products & Baking Supplies.

Response Times

We are receiving a record number of phone calls and emails regarding orders so we may not be able to respond to your request as fast as previously but we will get back to you as soon as possible.
