DELIVERY DATES & TIMES

Delivery slots typically open just after 7 a.m. but that is subject to change without notice. For the best results, have your order ready to go in your online cart and proceed to the checkout to see what dates and times are available in your area.

If you are not seeing a delivery date available for your area during the checkout, this means all the dates have been booked and you will need to check back the following day.

PICKUP

North Vancouver:

We have made some changes to our pick-up process for our North Vancouver store.

Starting Monday, July 27th, Pick-up Orders can be collected between 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. When you arrive at the store, please park in one of the reserved stalls and call 604-630-3154 to let us know you have arrived to pick-up your order. One of our team members will bring your order to your vehicle.

Dunbar location: 

Pick-Up Orders can be collected at the Dunbar Street Level Café entrance between 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.

stock levels

Our in-stock condition (while still not at pre-COVID levels) has vastly improved with the exception of hand soaps, hand sanitizers, sanitizing wipes, and disinfecting cleaning products. Our team is working hard to secure products in these categories; however, the demand for these items has been unprecedented and supply is still catching up.

Unfortunately, our online system is not set up to process orders from a warehouse or to reflect stock conditions within the store. Orders are subject to the same in-stock condition of our stores at the time the order is shopped. We cannot guarantee every product that was available when the order is placed is going to be available when the order is shopped.
