First Time Placing An Order Online?
Follow our step by step guide to placing an order for delivery or pickup.
Due to many of our customers practicing social distancing, this has caused a big influx in the use of our grocery delivery service. Unfortunately, this has lead to many delivery times being booked quite quickly.
We continue to work hard on improving our in-stock conditions as many of our suppliers deal with the challenges of the unprecedented volume over the past few weeks.
Unfortunately, our online system is not set up to process orders from a warehouse and is subject to the same in-stock condition of our stores at the time the order is shopped. We cannot guarantee every product that was available when the order is placed is going to be available when the order is shopped.
The 3 categories that continue to be in the highest demand both online and in-store are Paper Products, Cleaning Products & Baking Supplies.
We have made some changes to our pick-up process for our North Vancouver store!
Starting Monday, July 27th, the pick-up window will be open to pick-ups between 10:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. When you arrive at the store, please park in one of the reserved stalls and call 604-630-3154 to let us know you have arrived to pick-up your order. One of our team members will bring your order to your car.
Orders can be collected at the Dunbar Street Level Café entrance between 9 a.m. & 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. daily.
