GRILLED PORK TENDERLOIN
Ingredients:

1 – 1 1/2 Pork tenderloins

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup dry sherry or white wine

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup honey

2 tbsps orange juice (on sale!)

2 tbsps minced fresh rosemary

1 tbsp minced fresh ginger

1 clove garlic, finely minced

1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except tenderloin in a resealable plastic bag. Add tenderloin, reseal and chill for 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat grill and remove pork from bag shaking off any excess marinade. Grill for about 20 minutes, turning frequently, or until an instant-read thermometer reads 155 to 160 F.
